Armando Fernández Steinko

Experience as senior consultant for the company "Tecnología y Gestión de la Innovación" which belongs to the INI-Teneo group carrying out research and consultancy on human resource management policy and training in various organizations and companies: Iberia-Mantenimiento, grupo INESPAL, Almagrera , Endesa, Construcciones Aeronáuticas (CASA), INITEC, , Astilleros Españoles, ENCE (Empresa Nacional de Celulosas). Has carried out research on organizational and cultural issues for Asean Brown Bovery (ABB), and among other organizations, collaborated with the Swedish Institute of Work Life Research (Stockholm, Sweden), the Institut für Sozialwissenschaftliche Studien (Munich, Germany) and the Institut für Strukturpolitik (Halle, Germany).
